The Client Document service within the client portal is available for all client’s use to store long term documents at no charge; tax returns, financial statements, copies of wills and estate documents, and other documents that Nichols is involved with preparing or uses within the planning process. Items placed in your secure and private folder on the site will be available for a minimum of three years (tax returns) and/or until a request to remove has been the received, or if the document is no longer valid (will, estate documents, etc). You also have the ability to send documents to another third party if you choose, such as your banker. The client portal requires an account set-up through a Nichols client portal administrator.
