Larissa is the COO, focused on bringing vision to life. With a deep background in process optimization and people leadership, Larissa drives firm excellence and fosters a collaborative culture that empowers the firm to achieve its strategic goals.

Flerchinger, CPA
Principal
Michael is a passionate leader in the agriculture and ranch space, serving clients across the Treasure Valley. In addition, Michael is the Principal over Audit and Assurance and the incoming CFO on the leadership team.

O'Brien
Director of HR
Patrick is the Director of Human Resources overseeing HR policy, benefits, employee relations, and hiring. He frequently consults with clients on hiring initiatives, employee relations, and HR compliance projects.

While officially retired from client services, Terry has served as our Director of Internal Operations and manages the Nichols Accounting internal finance and accounting (CFO), IT, and facilities.

Nichols Accounting Group has been a trusted partner in financial success since 1973. Our journey began when Pete Nichols, a visionary CPA, founded the firm with a commitment to integrity and client service. Doug Lamm joined Pete shortly after, and together they built a firm with a foundation in Christian values.
Today, Nichols Accounting Group stands as a testament to Pete’s legacy of integrity and client-focused service. We’ve grown from a small local firm to a regional powerhouse and a recognized Best Places to Work in both Idaho and Oregon.
